Terms and conditions are published subject to change and errors. Terms and conditions valid for the year 2026

TICKETS AND ENTRIES
Entry and ticket sales will be online at www.flymark.com.

Please ensure all entry and package fees are paid on time to prevent your order from being automatically cancelled.

LATE ENTRIES
Entries received after 1st June 2026 are subject to additional late fee in amount of 18 GBP or 3.000 ISK per competitor. However, we will still accept entries if it does not alternate program

REFUND – ENTRIES AND TICKETS:

Please note that all tickets become non-refundable after 1st June, 2026. Approved refunds before 1st. June are processed week before the event.

REFUND – TABLE PACKAGES:

The remaining balance must be paid in full by 1st. June 2026. Please be aware that if full payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to release the table to other guests.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Before or on 1st. June: Eligible for a full refund (processed week before the event).

After 1st. June: The package fee becomes non-refundable. This also applies to no-shows or bookings cancelled due to missed payment deadlines.

Dietary Requirements:
If you have any food allergies, please notify us via email at tour2dance@gmail.com.

ADJUDICATORS
Under no circumstances are competitors or guests allowed in the adjudicator’s area at the event, only members with All access pass. Violation of this provision may result in competitors being disqualified from the event without any exceptions.

The decision of the judges shall be final. Our judges are highly qualified and are not to be harassed or questioned about their reasons for markings. The Chairman of Judges shall be responsible for decisions concerning ties or any problems arising over marks. The skating system of judging shall be used.

BE ON TIME
Please be advised that changes may be made from the original program and all dancers should be in the ballroom at least 45 minutes prior to the time they are scheduled to dance. Competitors themselves are responsible for being on time on the dance floor.

INJURIES
The Iceland Dance Festival is not responsible for any injuries that competitors may suffer during the competition, or any events related to Iceland Dance Festival.

CHARGES
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any personal charges made to third party for service or product which is not provided or sold by the Iceland Dance Festival but could advertised on its website, social media or other related areas.

CONSENT
At the competition and related events the Iceland Dance Festival will have its own cameras taking photos and video. By entering the competition, the competitors and guests have given a consent to be seen with or without their knowledge, in the stream, videos or photos taken at the competition and related events, which could be posted on the Iceland Dance festival website or social media or used for marketing purposes.

Guests and competitors are responsible for their own photography and video recording in the venue. The same applies to distribution and publishing these photos and videos online e.g.
